On a busy weekend night, wing places around town are packed! Restaurants like Wing Warehouse, Panini’s Bar & Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Winking Lizard Tavern draw big crowds looking for crispy wings, good sauce, and great food while watching a game. But with so many choices, one question came up: which place actually has the best wings? So, we decided to find out!

For this very serious assignment (and by serious, we mean eating a ton of wings), we visited four popular wing spots and tried some of their most popular flavors. Like food critics, we rated each order of wings based on flavor, crispiness, and overall experience. We also paid attention to how balanced the sauces were and whether the wings were cooked well enough to make us want another one.
Our first stop was Wing Warehouse, where we ordered the highly recommended Mojave Ranch wings. Right away, these wings stood out. The outside had a really nice crisp while the inside stayed juicy. The Mojave Ranch sauce mixed a cool ranch flavor with just enough spice to give it a little kick. The flavor was strong without being overpowering, and the wings were cooked almost perfectly.
These wings set the bar pretty high. We gave the Wing Warehouse Mojave Ranch wings a 9.5 out of 10, the highest score of the night.

Next, we went to Panini’s Bar & Grill and ordered the Buffalo Parmesan wings. These wings had a classic buffalo flavor, but the parmesan added a cheesy twist, making them a little richer than regular buffalo wings. The heat from the buffalo sauce and the salty parmesan worked well together, and they were definitely easy to keep eating.
Panini’s Buffalo Parmesan wings earned an 8.7 out of 10.
Our third stop was Buffalo Wild Wings, where we tried the Garlic Parmesan wings. The garlic flavor stood out right away, and the thick sauce coated the wings well. However, the wings themselves weren’t quite as crispy as some of the others we tried. Crispiness matters when it comes to great wings, and the softer texture made these a little less satisfying overall.
Because of that, we rated B-Dub’s Garlic Parmesan wings a 7.9 out of 10.

Finally, we visited Winking Lizard Tavern and ordered the recommended Asian Zing wings. These wings had a different flavor than the others. The sauce mixed sweetness with a spicy kick, creating a bold combination that stood out from the traditional buffalo-style sauces. The sweet-and-spicy balance made these wings memorable and definitely unique.
The Winking Lizrd Asian Zing wings earned an 8.4 out of 10.
After trying wings from all four restaurants, Wing Warehouse came out on top. The Mojave Ranch wings had the best combination of crispy texture, juicy meat, and flavorful sauce.
As we wrap this up, we realized that he real winner might just be us. Any assignment that involves eating wings is a pretty great one! Maybe we should do burgers next…
